The guide is structured in 3 main parts : in the introduction, we present Joining Forces’ definition and vision of scale and the scale up process. Part A outlines the different phases of the adaptation and scaling process and the associated tools. Part B provides a hypothetical scenario to illustrate the points at which the different tools in this quick start guide might be relevant.
